I substituted the recipe’s onions and dry oregano with garlic chives and fresh oregano, and cut the oil and feta in half. The bottom-left pic shows the veggie used, and the bottom-right pic shows the results. Delish.
The tomato face on the right is from one of our favorite stores, Natural Grocers. Someone creative decided to make a face from a tomato that had a nose-like lump on it.
