Today’s Cooking & Eating Adventure
Add a burst of flavor to many dishes by marinating tomatoes at the start of the meal, then using them after cooking/heating is finished, while the dish is resting.
Marinated tomatoes are fresh tomatoes soaked in a mixture of olive oil, pepper, and salt (Bragg’s).
Depending on the dish, you can enhance the flavor by adding vinegar or lemon juice, garlic and/or onion granules, herbs, spices, and seasonings. They can be served on salad, as a side dish, as a topping for various meals or mixed into many meals.
