Quick Meal

  • 1 whole Shallot (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ pound musrooms (sliced, use favorite)
  • 1-1½ cups Kale (julienne )
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¾ – 1 pound Macaroni pasta (cooked al dante)
