Macaroni, Kale, with Mushrooms
Quick Meal
- 1 whole Shallot (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ pound musrooms (sliced, use favorite)
- 1-1½ cups Kale (julienne )
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¾ – 1 pound Macaroni pasta (cooked al dante)
